Local farmers drive their favorite tractors along Main Street into the Fairgrounds circling the festival for all to see. Visit with them to learn about the tractors, some newer but many old-time workhorses. Kids can get up and sit in the cabs or have their picture taken!

History Tent

This year’s History Tent will feature a photo exhibit on Middletown’s barns – those still standing, and some that are gone. Outside the tent, craftsman Wayne Ford will demonstrate the time-honored skill of timber framing, often seen in our old barns, where mortise and tenon joinery and wooden pegs are used instead of nails to construct a building.

Arts Tent

The regions fine artists and craftspeople offer you many choices of outstanding creative work. Be prepared to think holiday and enjoy choosing from a great selection of items.

Wellness Tent

Eating well, exercise and being active are important to our well-being. The Margaretville Hospital Auxiliary’s Wellness Committee is dedicated to Bringing Wellness to Main Street, in educational and fun programs. Visit this program area to find out about local food and nutrition programs offered by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County, Office on the Aging and Margaretville and Roxbury Central School’s eating well programs.

A special treat will be day long demonstrations of the area gymnastic enthusiasts. Kid friendly!
