11:30am, Main Street
Local farmers drive their favorite tractors along Main Street into the Fairgrounds circling the festival for all to see.  Visit with them to learn about the tractors, some newer but many old-time workhorses.  Kids can get up and sit in the cabs or have their picture taken!

Cauliflower Festival Cook-Off

This is the 6th Annual Cauliflower Festival! In keeping with the flavor of an old-time country fair, we will again sponsor a Cauliflower Cook-Off Contest. The contest is a featured event at the festival which is a fun-filled day of entertainment and activities for children; presentations on region history; an arts venue showcasing high quality, local artists; live music; specialties prepared by local restaurants; and Pure Catskill members’ local produce and products brought to you by the Watershed Agricultural Council’s Farm to Market initiative.

Categories and Prizes
There are 2 entry categories: Amateur and Professional.
Prizes and ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category ($100, $75, and $50 respectively). Ribbons will also be awarded to Honorable Mentions.
