 Categories and Prizes
There are 2 entry categories: Amateur/Student and Professional (see application).
Prizes and ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category and a gift certificate, respectively). A special prize of a Weber Grill with accessories will be awarded to the entrant whose recipe demonstrates the most innovative use of cauliflower. Ribbons will also be awarded to Honorable Mentions.
